India Visa Application Service

• # Different Visa Type and Validity will be granted by the Consulate, depends on it merit. Consulate may seek additional information at any stage during the processing of the application.

• Visa fee once paid is not refundable.
• Do not accept applicants without Hong Kong and Macau ID card holders.
• ※ Please prepare the additional documents shown below for business visa.

Visa Application and Collection Time

• # Working day: Mondays to Fridays only, excepting Hong Kong Public Holidays
• Please contact customer service officer to make appointment before at least one working day.
• Delivery Service is on request basis. Service charge will be applied depends on location.

Documents required upon visa application

1. Original Passport (Must have Hong Kong Entry stamp, at least one blank page, except amendment pages and pages with bar codes , and 6 months validity form the date of travel)
2. Two (2) recent passport size photos **Digital photo is not acceptable**
3. Hong Kong / Macau ID Card Copy
4. Application Form (Click to download the form)
5. Recommendation Letter from Hong kong / Macau company
6. Invitation letter from Indian company ※ ( For Business Visa Only)
7. Company Business Registration ※ ( For Business Visa Only)
8. Company business nature Letter ※  ( For Business Visa Only)

Terms and Conditions

• Applicants are required to submit application form indicating the place(s) of visit and duration of stay.
• The visa's type, validity of the visa, duration of stay, and number of entries are issued at the discretion of consular officers, whose decisions are based strictly on the laws and regulations of the India Government. The consular officers have the authority to refuse any applications inconsistent with India laws and regulations and /or revoke issued visas. Meanwhile, the consular officers reserve the right to refuse any application and withhold disclosure of the reason for the refusal.
