Baggage - Each passenger can check-in with maximum of 2 pieces of baggage.
Fee - Fee is based on per/car/service, oneway fee included tunnel toll, bridge toll, highway fee (exclude parking fee).
Roundtrip fee included Hong Kong side tunnel toll,bridge toll; while tunnel toll, bridge toll are excluded in China provinces.
Mercedes Benz / MPV : Hong Kong Airport pick up/drop off Additional HK$350 per/car/service ; Hong Kong Island pick up/drop off:Additional HK$150 per/car/service.
Time limit for roundtrip journey: Zone A (Shenzhen - 8 hours) ; Zone B (Shekou - 9 hours) ; Zone C (Bao An - 9 hours) ; Zone D (Dongguan/Huizhou - 10 hours) ; Zone E (Guangzhou - 11 hours).
Charter coach (20/45 seaters) : Hong Kong Airport pick up/drop off additional HK$450 per/car/service. Hong Kong Island pick up/drop off additional HK$250 per/car/service.
Time limit for roundtrip journey : Zone A (Shenzhen - 10 hours) ; Zone B (Shekou - 10 hours) ; Zone C (Bao An - 10 hours) ; Zone D (Dongguan/Huizhou - 11 hours) ; (Zone E : Guangzhou - 12 hours).
Overtime charge for same day roundtrip : Merdedes Benz (4 seats) will be charged for HK$280 per/car/hour. MPV will be charged for HK $380per/car/hour. Charter coach (20/45 seats) will be charged HK$350per/car/hour.
Separate quotation would be applied on consecutive public holidays.
No show will be charged fully.
Late Charge: For Hong Kong - China (one way), customer has to bear a late charge at HK$1800per/car/service if the hire car cannot return to Hong Kong on the same day as a result of delay caused by the customer.
Service time: - exceed 15mins will be charged for half an hour, exceed 30mins will be charged for one hour.
Non-Service Hour Surcharge: 19:00pm till 08:00 am: Additional HK$350per/car/service.
Additional charge of HK$600per/car/service will be applied for crossing the Huang Gangor Man Kam to Border after 20:00pm.
